Please read these terms carefully. By accessing our platform or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these policies.
1General Overview
Welcome to PacePro Solutions. We are an independent, student-focused commerce platform operating primarily within Lagos State University (LASU). Our services include outright sales of gadgets, academic resources, and our specialized installment scheme known as "Pay Small Small".
2Outright Purchases & Delivery
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is verified or a valid "Cash on Delivery" request is approved via WhatsApp.
- Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver within 24-48 hours for on-campus locations (Ojo). Off-campus deliveries may take 2-4 business days.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on market rates, but the price at the time of order confirmation is final.
- Returns: Items can be returned within 48 hours ONLY if they are defective upon arrival. Change of mind returns are not accepted.
3Installment Plans ("Pay Small Small")
Eligibility: Only verified LASU students are eligible. Verification involves Selfie, ID Card, and HOC (Head of Class) validation.
Payment Structure:
- Minimum upfront payment is 30% of the total installment price.
- The remaining balance is spread over a fixed period (usually 1-10 weeks).
- Products are handed over immediately after the upfront payment and successful verification.
Ownership: The device remains the legal property of PacePro Solutions until the total payment is complete. We reserve the right to lock or retrieve devices in cases of default.
4. Defaulting & Social Collateral
By applying for an installment, you consent to PacePro contacting your referred HOC or Faculty administration if you default on payments.
Providing false information, attempting to abscond with a device, or refusing to pay without communication will result in immediate reporting to school security authorities and potential legal action.
5Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Your personal data (ID cards, photos, contact details) is collected solely for verification and order processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
